By accessing or using Keep Thinking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• • You must provide accurate and complete information
• • You must not have been previously banned from the platform
• • You must comply with all applicable laws

Account Responsibility

• • You are responsible for maintaining account security
• • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• • One account per person/entity
• • You may not transfer your account to others

Account Types

• • Founder: Submit and manage startups
• • Community: Browse, vote, discuss
• • Jury: Review startups (application required)
• • Investor: Review and discover startups

Submission Guidelines

• • You must own or have authorization for the startup
• • All information must be accurate and not misleading
• • You retain ownership of your content
• • Public submissions are visible to all users
• • Private submissions are visible only to jury members

Prohibited Content

• • Illegal products or services
• • Fraudulent or deceptive information
• • Copyrighted material without authorization
• • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• • Spam or repetitive submissions

Score Calculation

The KT Score is calculated based on our published algorithm (40% jury reviews, 20% project quality, 15% engagement, 15% votes, 10% competitions). We reserve the right to:

• • Adjust the algorithm to improve accuracy
• • Recalculate scores periodically
• • Remove scores for policy violations
• • Prevent gaming and manipulation

Jury Requirements

• • Must meet published expertise criteria
• • Must provide honest, constructive feedback
• • Must disclose conflicts of interest
• • Reviews must be substantive (minimum 100 characters)

Review Standards

• • Reviews must be professional and constructive
• • No harassment or personal attacks
• • No solicitation or self-promotion
• • Reviews can only be edited within 24 hours

Acceptable Use

• • Be respectful and professional
• • Provide constructive feedback
• • No spam or self-promotion
• • No vote manipulation or gaming
• • No harassment or abuse

Reputation System

• • Earn reputation through helpful contributions
• • Higher reputation = more voting weight (0.5x - 1.5x)
• • Reputation can be reduced for violations
• • Gaming the system results in account suspension

Your Content

• • You retain ownership of your content
• • You grant us a license to display and distribute it
• • You represent that you have rights to the content
• • You are responsible for protecting confidential information

Our Content

• • Keep Thinking brand, logo, and design are our property
• • The KT Score algorithm is proprietary
• • You may not scrape or copy our content
• • APIs and data access require separate agreement

• • Competition rules are published per competition
• • Winners are determined by community votes
• • Prizes are awarded as described
• • We reserve the right to disqualify for violations
• • Tax implications are the winner's responsibility

The service is provided "as is" without warranties

• • We do not guarantee accuracy of information
• • Jury reviews are opinions, not investment advice
• • KT Scores are indicative, not definitive valuations
• • We are not responsible for startup failures or successes
• • Use at your own risk

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VENTURE THINKING LTD shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• • Damages arising from user content or third-party actions
• • Service interruptions or errors
• • Maximum liability limited to £100 or fees paid (if any)

By You

You may terminate your account at any time from settings. Some content may remain visible after deletion.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for: Terms violations, fraud or abuse, legal requirements, or inactivity (12+ months). We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain statutory rights under consumer protection laws.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
